The Young Ceo Says Adding Hemp To Wine Makes The Overall Tasting Experience More Enjoyable.

– Innovative Bottling Inc. held a launch event at Despina’s Mediterranean Restaurant in Binghamton to unveil their latest wine creation. According to their CEO Kaelan Castetter, the company is the only one in the United Marijuana Stocks States to produce and sell hemp-infused wine. Currently, they only sell white wine, but they are in the process of creating a red, rose and champagne. Castetter is a Political Science major at Binghamton University and says his company has been operating for the last 1.5 years. He took the idea from his father who bottled the first hemp-infused wine in Binghamton back in the 1990’s. Hemp laws and shipping restrictions stopped his father from producing it for the public. Castetter says he has a few politicians backing his product. Assemblywoman Donna Lupardo is a big supporter of the wine and has spoken about the benefits of hemp. “She has really been in our corner and has been fighting to educate the state, the governor and the people of New York that hemp is not cannabis at all,: said Castetter. County Executive Jason Garnar was also at the event on Friday. The young CEO says adding hemp to wine makes the overall tasting experience more enjoyable. “It enhances the flavor of the wine, it enhances the smell of the wine, but it doesn’t take away from the great qualities of the wine.
