The state’s five medical marijuana companies can maintain only four dispensaries apiece at one time. Etain’s tradeoff of its  402 N. Pearl St. location in the warehouse district for the Manhattan dispensary already has been approved by the state Department of Health . The Manhattan location, set to open in July, will mark the fourth dispensary within the five boroughs. The Daily News first reported the move on Sunday. At the same time, Etain’s home delivery service also has approved by the DOH. Marijuana Stocks “There are not very many dispensaries in the five boroughs … so there’s a large population of people who don’t have immediate access to a dispensary,” Etain COO Hillary Peckham told the Times Union . “On the opposite end of that, there’s three in the Capital Region.
